“If you really want to find an ideal work for you, you cannot find it outside no matter how long you look for it, because it needs to be created by you.”
~ Hide Enomoto
Work occupies a vast portion of our lives.
Yet, amidst the busyness, how often do we pause to reflect on our careers, recharge, and reignite our passion to move forward?
Past participants often come with these questions:
-
I’m losing passion for my work. how can I find my drive again?
-
I want to feel alive again, but what should I pursue?
-
I'm tired and busy. How do I start doing what truly matters to me?
-
I’m capable, yet stuck in a career rut. What now?
-
I don’t want to give up stability, but I need more meaning.
-
I know what I want to do, but it can’t pay the bills. What now?
-
I’m in a career gap and want to rethink my next step properly.
-
I want the second half of my life to be meaningful and full of possibilities.
Have you ever asked yourself these questions?

In his book Create Your Meaningful Work, international Master Coach Hide Enomoto offers a key to unlocking these doubts: we must start by discovering our “Genuine Desire.”
Genuine Desire is loving something without needing a reason.
• Which parts of your work give you energy?
• What do you love doing from the bottom of your heart?
By discovering our Genuine Desire and leveraging our unique values and experiences, we can cultivate greater fulfillment in both our work and our lives.
🗝️ Do you want to systematically explore your “Genuine Desire”?
🗝️ Do you want to break free from traditional stereotypes of work and re-establish your relationship with your career through a broader lens?
🗝️ Do you want to create a one-of-a-kind blueprint for meaningful work?

Yen Ng

-
Co-Founder of HumanBond
-
Corporate Trainer
Yen once went through months of unemployment, filled with uncertainty and worry. During that forced pause, she asked herself, “What kind of life and work do I really want?” That was when she found her first clear direction in life — “one life touching another.”
She then built her career in marketing & project management. The work was busy and fulfilling, yet she always felt there was still a missing puzzle piece: a way for her “impact” to truly reach people on a human level.
Ten years later, she and her husband founded HumanBond and stepped fully into the world of training and learning design. In 2025, she came across the Create Your Meaningful Work® workshop that helps people rethink their relationship with work. She finally found the long‑sought puzzle piece and reconnected with her original intention of “one life touching another.”
Today, she often smiles and says, “It took me fifteen years to find this missing piece. I hope you can find yours a little sooner.”
Create Your Meaningful Work© in Hong Kong

The highly acclaimed “Creating Meaningful Work” workshop has traveled through over a hundred sessions across various cities in Japan, Korea, and China before arriving in Hong Kong.
Some say that it’s difficult to pursue dreams in Hong Kong. Others claim that people here would choose “early retirement” over “meaningful work” any day.
We believe otherwise.
Beneath the perception that dreams are out of reach lies a deep longing to do what we genuinely love. Behind the desire to retire early is a yearning to create space for the things that truly matter. In our work, we have met countless individuals caught between family responsibilities and high-pressure careers who still desire change.
This is why we brought this workshop to Hong Kong.
First launched here in 2021, “Creating Meaningful Work” has since hosted thirteen sessions for businesses, organizations, and the general public, helping people reclaim purpose right where they are.
