With over twenty years of experience in corporate leadership and consulting, Silvia has successfully navigated professional landscapes across Greater China, Singapore, South Korea, and the U.S. Her advisory prowess extends to senior leaders, encompassing pivotal areas such as talent development, organization design, and business expansion.
Formerly affiliated with Spencer Stuart, Silvia spearheaded executive recruitment and leadership advisory projects for prominent consumer and retail clientele. Notably, she orchestrated a remarkable omni-channel transformation in Miele China's retail business, achieving impressive 3x growth within a mere three-year span by revamping the strategy as well as upskilling the organization capabilities. Her early career was marked by stellar contributions to management consulting & in-house strategy roles at renowned consumer MNCs.

Presently, Silvia serves as a dedicated leadership coach and trainer. Her expertise lies in guiding executives away from a directive approach and towards collective success through the discovery and harnessing of their creative energies. In addition to her individual coaching engagements, she adeptly conducts group coaching sessions, fostering improved team effectiveness and elevating co-creation capabilities. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Silvia's global journey has seen her reside across three continents. Her tenure in Shanghai from 2014 to 2023 enriched her diverse experiences. Notably, she possesses fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, fostering a well-rounded approach to her professional endeavors.
