My coachees and I work on diverse leadership topics, e.g. defining their legacies and second career, building professional brands, pivoting from individual contributors to people leaders, and improving infuencing and communication capabilities. I also facilitate Create Your Meaningful Work© Workshop to help others craft a work and lifestyle aligned with their deepest purpose, passions and values.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach & facilitator, I worked in corporate leadership and consulting where I have successfully navigated professional landscapes across Greater China, Singapore, South Korea, and the U.S. Formerly affiliated with Spencer Stuart, I spearheaded executive recruitment & leadership advisory projects for prominent consumer and retail clientele. When working at Miele China, I orchestrated a remarkable omni-channel transformation in the retail business, achieving impressive 3x growth within a mere three-year span by revamping the strategy as well as upskilling the organization capabilities. My early career was marked by contributions to management consulting & in-house strategy roles at renowned consumer MNCs. Born and raised in Hong Kong, my global journey has seen me reside across three continents.
